Tara-jenelle speaks publicly about emotional awareness and a concept called, “Soulcialize,” which she believes creates soul connection and has the ability to enrich the world at large. She was raised in Annapolis, Maryland and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland.
