Tyler Boebert, 21, was arrested on five felony counts—including three related to alleged sexual exploitation of a child—stemming from a video authorities say he recorded with a 17‑year‑old in 2024; he was released on $10,000 bond and is due in court August 19.

📚 Trump’s sex‑ed purge is a war on facts—and kids

The Trump administration has canceled $68 million in teen‑pregnancy‑prevention grants and is forcing abstinence‑only, medically dubious propaganda on programs nationwide, even cutting faith‑based abstinence groups for discussing basic safety—an ideological purge that will mean more unwanted pregnancies, poverty, and preventable abortions.

⚖️ Max Miller and his lawyer are sued over alleged public release of his toddler’s nude photo

Miller’s ex‑wife filed a federal civil‑rights suit alleging that he and attorney Aaron Minc put an unredacted nude image of their two‑year‑old daughter in a publicly accessible Dropbox folder for roughly 23 hours; Minc called the release inadvertent but disputes aspects of the lawsuit’s account.
