Trump’s much‑ballyhooed DC makeover has turned into a joke: the newly “restored” Meridian Hill fountain is already running brown, just like his $14 million “flag blue” Reflecting Pool project that peeled, grew algae, had to be drained, and killed ducks after chemical dumps.
