Seven months back, I was helping launch a cosmetics brand's eCommerce site, and we hit an interesting roadblock. 

The challenge was to reach out to a specific community which was not possible to target by any ad platform. Imagine everything ready to go, and there wasn’t a way to directly reach to the users of the products. 

After days of deep diving we experimented with an incredible targeting hack which ended up saving 80% of the marketing budget, while still hitting the target.
