On November 5th, 2025, The Supreme Court met to hear arguments regarding the tariffs that the Trump administration has imposed. Trump argues that the IEEPA authorizes the President to impose restrictions and Regulate Trade (including tariffs). They are being countered by several arguments, including that the President cannot raise revenue, and that while the administration could STOP trade with any and all nations, they can't do so with any financial means. It'll be an interesting case.
