Tarisai Jangara is a Programme Specialist- Communication at the Zambian Governance Foundation which specializes in providing capacity development support recognises that both budding and more developed CSOs have capacity related needs, thus ZGF aims at boosting their effectiveness and expertise within their specific context. Interventions can range from enhancing basic management and administrative skills to specialised training and networking. ZGF has developed a survey intended to capture the Zambian Diaspora's development involvement back home.
