I am always looking for ways to provide you, dear listener, with tips for epic and honest readings in regards to your tarot and oracle practices. In this episode, we are discussing why the Court Cards are not other people, and we should do away with reading them as people.

The main reasons and themes are:

• How we tether people  down to simply sex / gender when we read the court cards as other people.
• How reading the court cards as other people can infiltrate sacred space. People absent from the reading have not given their consent, yet we assign to cards them and their energies when reading this way.
• The Court Cards are a gift. In fact, the least frequent gift. Be selfish and take them for yourself.

The Court Cards help tell us how to initiate, move, tend, and expand the other cards in a reading, or the situations and themes we are working through. They are here for the seeker or person getting the reading to align, grow, and gain in the many layers of their lives.
