Following on the feelgood of my first workshop: Intuitively Exploring the Major Arcana through Alternative Methods, I want to share the first tip that I included in the workbook for that class.

The first step for an epic an honest reading, with all of the tarot, not just the Major Arcana, involves just opening into the space. It can be easy to just immediately reach for the guidebook, or any book on tarot, while doing a reading (no judgment, I have done this too), but to get deep into an intuitive reading, it is helpful to just sit with the cards.

In this episode we discuss:

• recalling details and ways you have embodied the tarot before, like a space you used to know
• connecting into the symbolism
• not seeking immediate answers
• being brave enough to be wrong or have a slower pace in your tarot practice
