Ross Miller wear many business-oriented hats. Based out of the Peoria NEXT Innovation Center, he is the director of Bradley University's Institute for Innovation Through Collaboration, working with both the Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology and the Foster College of Business, and the director of technology commercialization for the Illinois Small Business Development Center at the Turner Center for Entrepreneurship. Ross joins the Journal Star's Steve Tarter to chat about promoting small business and encouraging small business development in Peoria.
