Sam Kherat, a professor of robotics at Bradley University and former Caterpillar project manager, discusses issues surrounding the developing technology of self-driving vehicles with the Journal Star's Steve Tarter. Kherat was heavily involved in the DARPA autonomous vehicle challenges for Caterpillar and is working on the development of a robotics training center at Bradley.
