Taylor Handsley, the head of Social Europe for AnalogFolk joins hosts Amy Dick and Opal Turner to talk  about her experiences as an autistic woman and a leader in the creative industry. Taylor uses her career and personal experience to share her learnings; she advocates for avoiding assumptions, entering with curiosity and recognising the energy autistic individuals need to navigate a world not designed for them. Taylor also provides practical tips to create a better work environment for neurodivergent colleagues and how the positive affects ripple through to neurotypical colleagues.
