When I first started this podcast, one of the many topics I wanted to cover was leadership. So I decided to bring on a guest that laid the foundation for my leadership skills, work ethic, how I establish a culture and work environment, and many other skills that I use everyday. Taylor is one of those people that brightens up a room when he walks in. He always has a smile on his face, and always carries and passes along great energy. Taylor was one of my first superiors at my first job, and from that I think we have created a friendship that I want to hold onto. I consider him a mentor that I have looked up to from the moment I met him. As you can hear in the episode, I ask him pretty much anything that comes to mind because I know he will always be willing to help out, that is just the kind of person he is. We talk about international travel, daily habits, flow activities, leadership, fitness and nutrition, and many other things.
