Today's guest was planning a life as a firefighter when he was injured, ruining his career for life. After bouncing around various sales jobs, tinkering on social media as part of the process, he realized that he was good at using that skillset for sales.

He then went on to grow a small marketing agency from a few hundred thousand in sales to two to three million in just over a year, and now manages marketing for a multi-million dollar business that he has grown from a few million to tens of million.
