Nikki shares her journey to creative self-mastery, which began when she was unemployed and suffered a back injury.

Through the principles of creative self-mastery, Nikki was able to overcome her belief of being incapable and transform her life.

She now feels highly capable and has achieved career success as a university lecturer and coach.

In this episode, i'm talking with Marc DiFrancia, the CEO and founder of Creative Self-Mastery.

Marc explains that Creative Self-Mastery is a coaching collaborative focused on personal and business leadership.

He defines self-mastery as choosing structure over emotion and making better decisions. Marc emphasizes the importance of separating emotions from structure to avoid reflex reactions and maintain the integrity of the creative structure.

He also discusses the evolution of his understanding of leadership, from a controlling and dictatorial approach to one that empowers and respects others.
