Taking the jump from employee to business owner mentally requires an own it mentality. Get out of the frame of thinking that says you need to ask someone and get permission.

There’s no more asking for permission.

Your business, your baby, you are responsible for it all. The rewards, the misses, the highs, the lows, the lessons. You own all of that.

No more waiting for someone to tell you what’s okay and what’s not okay in your business. Who are they? They are not the owner.
