This week we discuss income generating activities.

When I first started my virtual assistant business I did not understand this concept. Not fully anyway. I thought doing my client work was income generating. I mean after all when I did the work I got paid. However, when other business owners discussed income generating they were talking about much more than doing the work.

In a sense, because I had already gotten the project and was doing the work that income had already been generated. I needed to focus on generating more.
