Morning, afternoon, evening whatever the case maybe Donna here for you personally, with  a Daily Faith Walk Podcast episode (29) titled “TBP” Throwback Promises

­­­Just like throwback Thursday, (which is today) we have throwback promises, that are subconscious in our mind

Question: Do you have any TBP’s that can be achieved today or the next 21 days?

As a child we grew up with so many promises right, from our parents’, husbands, wives' and people of authority. And somehow, some way they all disappointed us.

That could be the root cause of why, we do not believe God when He makes, a promise. But in the good book of numbers chapter 23 verse 19, it says, God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?”

Because of COVID-19 our resources are few, but we have our “resourcefulness”, and that my friends came from you working the principles of life. What I like to call the THREE S’s- Survival, Success, and Significance.

 During, my daily faith walks, I stumble upon a quote from Anne Lamott, an author that I can relate to regarding being let down, she says, and I quote, “Almost everything will work again, IF you unplug it for a few minutes, including YOU.” And another saying from a comic book.

Just remember… if things look hopeless, maybe you are facing the wrong direction!

Unplugging, much like fasting and praying is universally true, and speaks to the importance of rest. All things, including humans need to detach themselves from the day-to-day routine to function properly. This will give you time to reflect on the THROWBACK PROMISES.
