Not since we had Thomas Paolacci on the pod have we had someone behind the scenes who is this essential to maintaining a school district. Sophie is TCAPS' Database Manager, think switchboard operator but with millions of connections to maintain at all times. She kindly lets us know how she makes the digital spaghetti that feeds the staff and students of our school district.
