This podcast was recorded on March 27, 2020, right in the midst of the Coronavirus challenges. In order to help us to lead during this anxious time we are joined by Megan Meisler, Executive Director of Lutheran Counseling Services (LCS) and Rev. Dr. Rick Armstrong, former Executive Director and now the Ministry Care Coordinator with LCS. They bring lots of experience as leaders and counselors but also those who have served in anxious times with New Yorkers post 911, with Gulf Coast leaders post-hurricane Katrina and residents of Sandy Hook after that tragedy.

Today they speak about anxiety, how that shows up among the population, among those we serve as leaders and perhaps most importantly within ourselves. Their experience leads to strategies and insights that will help us to be better leaders during anxious times.
