Good morning my Gistmongers. Today let's break the silence, first things first, I apologize for being M.I.A over the last few weeks but a much-needed break was required. On our first minisode  (Woop Woop) I have decided to pour my heart out on how grieving 6 years later since my mom passed on, takes its toll on me and how I cope because you NEVER EVER heal. If you are going through it right now just remember you are not ALONE. 

The question is, what do you do to cope?
