Chris can often be found imparting knowledge he’s learned during his 30+ year running career.
Chris has been a fairly elite runner since high school. He ran in college, placing 2nd in the nation in cross country. Raced for a running shop. Then got married. Got older. Tore an ACL. Or two. Did rehab and took up cycling. Raced the bike too. And he’s a writer. And still a runner.
