Summary

Hey Conscious Runners! Yes, its that time again. I’ve got another episode of the podcast for you. I’ve got Maggie Kay from Maggie Kay wisdom on the line with me. Maggie is an inspirational coach and founder of Thrivecraft–a life coaching practice that opens up the dimension of spirituality to everybody. Having graduated with a BA in Psychology in her native Glasgow, Scotland, Maggie spent her twenties in a semi-monastic community in London, training intensively to become ordained into the Western Buddhist Order. After nine years as an Order Member  –  leading communities and business teams as well as teaching meditation, giving talks and guiding retreats – Maggie moved to a rural county in the south west of England. Once there, she no longer considered herself to be ‘just’ a Buddhist, she resigned her ordination in order to fully embrace a more universal spirituality. Her latest book Diving for Pearls chronicles the story of her spiritual journey to trusting her own inner wisdom, loving and accepting herself and finding a soul mate that could meet her on all levels.

Her book and this episode jammed-packed with nuggets of wisdom we can apply to our lives to run more consciously.
