Today I listened to Jocko Willink's book, Way Of The Warrior Kid - Marc's Mission.  This book is a continuation of the the first and follows an 11 year old kid.  Jocko teaches his nephew about being a Warrior and the work that Warriors must do.  The main lesson is this book was leadership... I talk about how some people can lead others and what they must do to get to that phase before leading others.
