How are you rewarding yourself for the solid work you are putting into your health, relationships, and business?  This is what I talk about today.
For a week, month, or quarter of work; if we invest 100% quality work into any of the categories above, we can reward ourselves with something that is worth the effort.  Working out consistently for 12 weeks probably gets a cheat day consisting of junk food, ice-cream, whatever.
