Today I discuss what I'm doing for fasting, or Intermittent Fasting (IF); what strategy I use and what I learned yesterday about something called the Snake Diet.
There are a variety of IF strategies; from circadian rhythm and 16:8, to 20:4 and beyond. I'm using the 16:8, discuss what that means, and how it has affected me in the past. I then discuss something I just found out about yesterday, called the Snake Diet; an IF strategy that may be intriguing to a lot of people.
