• Reasons why I believe choosing to forgive is a process is deeply rooted in self-understanding, compassion, and empathy.
• and how it can be difficult for people to forgive when faced with ignorance, heartbreak, dishonesty, or abandonment, but that recognizing our own imperfections can aid in our  journey to forgiveness.
