Are You Part of The Unemployable Generation?

You know, when you consider the term unemployable, you might consider successive generations of people sitting on their arse all day waiting for their dole.

Socially deprived cities of people stuck with their hand out, unaware they could do better, conditioned to sit and do nothing for a meager living.

And although that might be one end of the spectrum, that’s not what I’m talking about here.

In this regard, the unemployable generation are highly skilled, highly self motivated, capable people.

They are very proactive, energised men and women who stop at nothing to produce their best simply for the sake of it.

Waiting for permission is not their bag, they are doers.

They are in large part born of an entrepreneurial spirit, incapable of following other people’s lead.

Instead it’s they who provide the lead.

They come to the table with the raw energy and passion and find it’s others that follow them.
