Local Duluth runner and coach James has been running, cycling, paddling and more for most of his life. His love for Duluth running and outdoor adventure began as a student at UMD, and trail running and racing became a more serious passion as he moved back to Duluth a couple years after college and a stint working in the Twin Cities area.
