For many of us, one of the most complicated relationships we have is with our own blood. Many of us don’t realize that the traumas we endure as children are the result of the traumas our own parents faced. When we embark on healing journeys, we don’t just heal for ourselves--our own healing impacts the line of our family and future family to come. This week we bring on Andrea Ming, a Leadership Coach and Breathwork Facilitator who empowers others to do the deep inner work so that they can live their fullest most authentic lives. We unpack the heavy areas of our own lives and share our own journeys of healing.
