The book of Hebrews calls believers to remain faithful to Jesus Christ and not turn away from Him. Hebrews presents Jesus as greater than the angels, Moses, and the Levitical priesthood. He is the great High Priest and mediator of a better covenant, and His sacrifice was offered once for all. The book of Philemon records Paul’s appeal to Philemon concerning Onesimus, whom Paul describes as a beloved brother in Christ.
