When you try to pray or focus on God it can be easy to get distracted. We start thinking about the things we have to do or the people we need to care for. So how do we focus? How do we get ourselves in closer proximity to God? Prayer is the practice of moving away from distraction and into a relationship with God, and being faith full requires practice.
