The Puritan held that marriage and family life is a calling. It is a call to be a husband and father, a wife and a mother. Puritans believed that children were also called to be obedient to their parents and masters and to do what they commanded them in the Lord. Their domestic lives were also seen as a call onto the Lord. The Chairman Of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye, throws more light on this in this insightful message titled "Raising Family Altars To Strengthen The Local Church: Lessons From The Puritans (Part 2)".
