Hey guys, we have another To The Moon episode, another Astroflipping student success story, each one special and inspiring in their own way. Today we have Delana Edwards who's generous enough to share her journey, her background, how she started in this world of real estate, how she came to join the Astroflipping community, and how she saw financial freedom through real estate investing.

Delana's dream was to be a teacher. She took up education with the intention of attaining success in her field, going to grad school, and becoming a school superintendent. She shared how her experience growing up, helping take care of her brother, molded her dream of becoming an educator. Even so, she also has this other dream in heart of getting into commercial real estate and owning a number of beauty establishements. She recall a friend in college who fix and flips mobile homes and earns a couple thousand dollars which made her more interested in real estate. She shared her experience during the time she got to practice being a teacher and how during that time she realized that teching was not for her and that what she wanted was more control of her time, be her own boss, and not be dependent on other people for her and her families needs. It was her fiance who connected her with an Astroflipping student, Matthew Justice, who introduced her to Astroflipping. The moment she joined, she immediately locked in on the course and the community. Her hunger to succeed was evident. Her action and dedication testified that failure is not an option. She got her first deal a little over a month after joining Astroflipping and shortly after closed her second deal. Delana is prrof that the right input partnered with the right output will produce results. Delana put in time, and effort, and dedication, and hardwork and it is inevitable that she will reap success.
