In this episode, I share with teachers a super-simple way to help new students say “yes” to their lessons.

1. First, ask the student to explain what’s hard for them right now (that’s the Need).

2. Next, let them describe the cool goal they want to reach, like getting confident speaking (that’s the Dream).

3. Finally, explain how your class is the path that takes them from the Need to the Dream (that’s the Bridge).

Remember these three steps and signing up new students will feel much easier!
