President of the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), Angel Carbonu, has expressed his displeasure at what he describes as a deliberate attempt by the government to ignore their concerns until they lay down their tools. According to him, teachers are yet to receive their allowances among other benefits as stipulated in the Collective Agreement signed on May 24, 2024.
