In this episode we're joined by Jessica Collier who is a high school math teacher, wife, and mother. She's also an obsessed distance runner having recently completed her first 100-mile run. She started running in college as a way to reduce stress mainly caused by her scholarship softball program. The mental and physical benefits quickly resonated, and she ran a marathon without even knowing what one was. Her passion for running is really fueled by her passion for living and getting the most out of the world and body we are given. Jessica believes the world would be a better place if everyone ran.
