Ms. Ritika Anand is the Vice Principal of St. Mark’s Sr. Sec. Public School, Meera Bagh. She holds a honors degree in Physics from Delhi University and is a post graduate in Mathematics and English. A Microsoft Innovator Expert Educator, she is also a theatre enthusiast with a special interest in performing arts and quizzing. Ritika has collaborated with NCERT, NIOS. And has delivered innumerable lectures on Scientific topics for upper primary, secondary and senior secondary classes. And has been actively involved in content development for classes 6-10 for Physics. She has been a resource person with CBSE-COE Delhi west and has conducted innumerable sessions on Building happy classrooms, Spiritual- social and emotional intelligence, Role of theatre in education and Developing inter personal skills for teachers all across the country.
A recipient of Dr. Radhakrishnan award and many other prestigious recognitions, she has a teaching experience of more than 2 decades and an experience of 16 years in school administration, she is an accomplished educator with a very progressive outlook. She believes in striking the right balance of academics and co-curricular activities. She advocates activity based teaching, where students can feel and experience what they learn.
