In our next installment of the Expert Insight summer series, Scott interviews the 2019 SHAPE America Teachers of the Year!
This is a big group— five Physical Education teachers plus a SHAPE program director all join Scott for a round table discussion about education, social-emotional learning, and other life lessons. Represented here is Elementary, Middle, and High School Physical Education, Adapted P.E., Dance, and Health Education.
Each of these individual teachers received national accolades this past school year, but this is the culmination of a career of hard work and a passion for putting students first. Listen in as we laugh and cry through our conversation about great teaching memories and the rewards of being lifelong learners ourselves.
