You can have a good way of doing your own things with your own ways of being and your own ways of living. You can make it a more free thing if you get to a place where you are in your life with a new way of being. You can do a thing that will make you more in your life. It is making things more about yourself and less about other people. This means doing what is right for yourself instead of being persuaded by others to do what they want. It takes having good boundaries so that you know what is really your wants and needs versus someone else’s. You do this by making yourself more of a thing that you are with in a way that will give you a way of always knowing what is your idea and what is someone else’s.
This is done with your intuition and your body. You need to assess with your gut intuition and with how it feels in your body. You need to be able to ask yourself about ideas and see how they resonate in your body. If something feels good to you then you can make it part of your own claimed ideas. If something feels unsettling then it is someone else’s idea. This is what happens 90% of the time. If there is fear of your idea that resonates it could feel a bit unsettling but this is one of your ideas. If you have good ideas of what your ideas are then you have good boundaries. Then you will be doing what is right for you.
