As a specialty, Caroline leverages digital learning technologies and platforms in her coaching and leadership work. Caroline started her career as a classroom educator before advancing to district-wide administrative and coaching positions expanding her work to an organizational level, expanding to developing non-education industry partnerships, focusing on computational and design thinking and maker learning.
