Teaching Emmanuel

God’s mission culminates in the worship of Christ, His Son, because the once slain, now risen Lamb is worthy to redeem a people for God from every nation.

1. The Search for One who is worthy (vv. 1-4)
2. The discovery of the worthy Lamb (vv. 5–7).
3. A people purchased from every nation (vv. 8–10).
4. And ultimately, all creation worshiping God and the Lamb (vv. 11–14).

I. Christ works through gospel ministry to bring people into the  obedience  of faith (14-19).

II. Gospel  ambition  reaches out to those who have not heard (15:19b-24). 

III. Gospel  mission  binds churches together in  partnership  (15:25-29). 

IV. Gospel mission depends on churches striving together in  prayer  (30-33).

God made us His people so that we might be sent to proclaim His excellencies before the world.

I.  Remember  who we are (9-10).

II. Remember our  purpose  while we’re here (9, 11-12).

III. Live as God’s people  where  He has  placed  us (13-17).

DECLARE: Who have You placed around me that needs to hear about Your mercy?

DISPLAY: Where does my conduct need to more clearly reflect Your holiness?

SERVE: Wherever You have placed me, help me live there for Your glory.”

Main Idea: Grace gifts proceeding from the victory of Christ enable unified Church growth through every member of the Body being a disciple that speaks the truth in love.
