I believe that our kids learn a lot of their behaviors from us.  Do you express gratitude to them?  Do you express gratitude for things in your life?  

Let’s be honest -- Are you a negative Nelly?  Like it or not but our kids are going to emulate us.  The good, the bad, and the ugly. 

So, how can we have our own attitude adjustment while teaching our little bambinos to do the same?
