Don’t send your children to their bedrooms to do their homework because the bedroom is inherently distracting. Don't take homework on yourself. You have got to empower other people to do other work. Stop micromanaging and allow others to take on more responsibility.Look for the opportunities that can arise from limitations. For example, using zoom to increase your companies reach by not being limited by a geographic area.When introducing new technology to your employees make sure to do complete retraining on how to effectively use it.
