  • For those with children enrolled in online classes with a large group of fellow students, it’s better for the child if you stay within earshot of where they are learning to provide additional, and much-needed, oversight. 
  • Don’t send your children to their bedrooms to do their homework because the bedroom is inherently distracting.
  •  Don't take homework on yourself. You have got to empower other people to do other work. Stop micromanaging and allow others to take on more responsibility.

  • When introducing new technology to your employees make sure to do complete retraining on how to effectively use it. Also, provide continual training to keep everyone up to date on the best technology and ways to use it.
  • Make sure you love what you’re doing in your business, that’s the key to maintaining your interest and passion in the business.
