Top ranked Arizona teacher Amy Ball shares her journey in why she became a teacher, as well as her growth into a champion of her peers. Inspired by some of her favorite teachers Amy was determined to be just like them. Being set on teaching the "little stinkers" of kindergarten early on, she enjoys watching them grow throughout the year. 

Amy's involvement goes unnoticed, as she enjoys every aspect of being a leader in her career especially when it comes to advocating for her students and fellow teachers.
