Failure has become a dirty word in our culture. We live in an age where one F can change the trajectory of a child's education and future. There is so much shame wrapped in failure but it doesn't have to be that way. Imagine the limitations that could vanish if we taught our children how to make friends with failure, to use it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
