Today we move into the final phase of redemptive history, which we call the millennium. The big question we want to consider within this theological category of eschatology is this: How does it relate to the second coming of Christ? If we are able to adequately answer that question, many of the somewhat vague or confusing elements of the millennium (the who, what, when, where, why) become much clearer..
