The focus is on creating a safe space of discussion for teachers and reconnecting the audience with the issues and challenges facing teachers in 2023. The project seeks to break down barriers and provide a new perspective on the lives of teachers, emphasizing that they have lives outside of their profession and deserve to be heard. The podcast aims to appeal to a niche market and provide something unique and different, corresponding to the growing student voice movement.
