For my first Beyond the Surface interview I talked with Teague Moore, head coach of American University Wrestling.  Teague was also an accomplished wrestler, winning a national championship while at Oklahoma State.  

Teague discusses his upbringing, moments in his life that changed his competitive drive, and his mindset for performance.  He also reflects on his mindset as a wrestler and how it's changed now that he's a coach.
