Larissa attended the AoEC Systemic Team Coaching Training in the UK back in 2013 and began to use the High Performance Team Coaching Model (Carr & Peters, 2013). Since that time she has completed Systemic Team Coaching Training with Peter Hawkins and Organizational Systems and Relationships Systems training from CRR Global.
