We have a weekly triage process to review each and every piece of feedback that's left on the docs and we open bugs on any actionable feedback we can. From easy wins to content overhauls , we seek to improve our content in a data-informed way--and that data comes from YOU! In this presentation, I'll showcase some examples of docs updates that came from customer input and invite folks to engage with the CX team via the feedback form going forward.
