In western cultures, we are used to set our intentions & goals for the next year by January first (as you can listen in our “End Of Year Review” episode).
But It is quite different in Vietnam where we do celebrate the “western” New Year but nothing really moves until after the Lunar New Year (Tet).
This offers the unsettling advantage of being able to celebrate two new years back to back.
And so this gave the team the perfect opportunity to have an open discussion about how we follow through on our intentions and check on our progress at the beginning of this year of the Tiger.
